Each prefix on the PRL series describes what kind of PRL it is. Basically, whether the phone is a Vision (1xRTT) or Power Vision (EvDO) phone. Whether there is a roaming triangle, or not.100xx is for non-EvDO w/o triangle202xx is for EvDO w/o triangle404xx I have no clue about, can't find much direct info on the internet about it505xx is non-EvDO w/ triangle606xx is EvDO w/ triangleSounds to me like the system was set for the wrong type of PRL update, a very simple mistake, but one that would make a huge difference in the quality of roaming, if you would be able to at all. I believe as long as it is a correct format PRL (ie 1xRTT or EvDO) you should be fine, but I am not sure.

There is a zip file you can download and flash to be able to update prl. Basically cm doesn't have these two files or something. I will try to find it. In the mean time Google something like prl fix or sprint prl fix cm 12.1I'm on sprint nexus 5 and I couldn't get data working and this was the fixEdit: found linkAlso once you update prl and profile it still drops data after leaving WiFi but using an app like Change APN allows me to switch from sprint lte APN to a random APN then I switch back, basically refreshing APN settings, my data comes back instantly.Let me know if that doesn't make sense.
